Our cookieless tracking architecture means consent is not required in many EU contexts — we advise on your specific setup during onboarding. We also handle GDPR Article 17 right-to-erasure requests and maintain the data processing agreement that covers your compliance obligations.
What happens to the recorded session data?
Session data is stored on our EU-based infrastructure only — it is never shared with third-party analytics vendors or used for any purpose other than your replay dashboard. Data is retained for the period agreed in your plan (30 days to 2 years), then automatically purged. You can request earlier deletion of any session or visitor record at any time, and we process Article 17 erasure requests within 30 days.
