Why we don’t charge a percentage of ad spend

The percentage-of-spend model creates a conflict of interest: your agency earns more when you spend more, independent of whether the spend is performing. An agency earning 15% of €10,000/month in ad spend makes €1,500 on a campaign that might be wasting half its budget. We charge a flat monthly fee that doesn’t change with your ad budget.

That means our incentive is performance, not volume. When we recommend reducing ad spend on an underperforming campaign, we don’t lose revenue for it. Pricing is published without a sales call because we believe you should be able to evaluate our offer before speaking to anyone.

What every retainer includes

Setup & Onboarding (one-time)

Meta Business Manager audit or build, Pixel and CAPI setup, audience seeding, campaign structure, and creative briefing. One-time fee from €600 depending on account complexity.

Monthly Management from €800

Campaign optimisation, bid adjustments, audience refreshes, creative rotation, and weekly written reports. One senior strategist owns the account throughout.

Creative Production Included

Ad copy and creative direction included in the retainer. We brief, review, and rotate creative on a schedule. If you have an in-house designer, we can work with your assets instead.

Weekly Reporting

Written performance summary every week: spend, CPM, CPR, ROAS, and what’s being tested next. No dashboard login required to understand what’s happening.

How much does Facebook Ads management cost?

Management retainers start at €800/month. Account setup is a separate one-time fee from €600. There is no minimum ad budget requirement from us — though we’ll advise on the spend level that makes sense for your goals.

Is there a minimum contract length?

We ask for an initial 90-day commitment because Meta campaigns need a learning phase before meaningful optimisation is possible. After 90 days, the engagement is month-to-month. No annual contracts or lock-ins.

What ad spend budget do we need?

The Meta algorithm needs data to optimise. €1,500–3,000/month in ad spend is the practical minimum for meaningful results — below €1,000/month, the learning phase drags and performance stays inconsistent. We’ll advise on the right level for your conversion goals.

What’s included versus billed separately?

The monthly retainer covers campaign management, audience management, bid optimisation, creative direction, and weekly reporting. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta — it doesn’t pass through us. Stock photography, video production, and landing page development are billed separately if needed.
