Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?

No. We charge a flat monthly management fee. Percentage-of-spend pricing creates a misalignment: the agency earns more when you spend more, not when your campaigns perform better. Our flat fee means we're incentivised to make your budget work harder, not grow it for growth's sake.

What's the minimum ad spend you work with?

We recommend a minimum ad spend of €1,500/month to generate enough data for meaningful optimisation. Below this threshold, smart bidding algorithms lack sufficient conversion signals to optimise effectively. We'll tell you upfront if your budget is unlikely to produce a positive return.

Are there any setup fees?

New accounts require a one-time setup fee that covers campaign architecture, conversion tracking implementation, audience configuration, and ad copywriting. Existing accounts being transferred typically require an audit rather than a full setup — pricing reflects the actual work required.
