The Online Advertising department has achieved an average 245.80% Return of Investment for our clients in Direct Sales to New Customers. A Goal was set for 2009 to further optimize the techniques to reach an average of 300%. Methods include helping clients process contacts more efficiently to gain a higher contact-to-sale percentage.

We have officially started the Translations department to answer multiple clients requests. After analysing the needs of the clients we decided to use a method of fixed price per job. In this way the clients can have a fixed budget for the translation and the final price is maintained even if there are unexpected turns. We calculate that our pice is in average 50% the of the normal market price, based in quotes given by translation companies to our clients.
